過去三年中，酒吧大獎(jiǎng)對(duì)新加坡的許多頂級(jí)酒吧和業(yè)內(nèi)精英給予了褒獎(jiǎng)， 今年它一路向東來到了香港，推出了首屆香港版酒吧大獎(jiǎng)。

它旨在嘉獎(jiǎng)業(yè)內(nèi)表現(xiàn)最出色的酒吧、服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、美食、雞尾酒和專業(yè)人士。香港酒吧大獎(jiǎng)設(shè)13個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，將在9月25日舉辦的酒吧行業(yè)派對(duì)上由業(yè)內(nèi)人士投票選出獲勝者。

盛大的行業(yè)派對(duì)已成為酒吧大獎(jiǎng)的標(biāo)志性環(huán)節(jié)，不過在此之前先要進(jìn)行首輪提名。酒吧大獎(jiǎng)鼓勵(lì)公眾填寫提名表格*，在每個(gè)類別下選出自己心目中的前五強(qiáng)。

每個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的入圍榜單先決出前十強(qiáng)，之后組辦方Fun Sized and Beverage & Co把各個(gè)榜單提交給評(píng)委團(tuán)進(jìn)行評(píng)選，評(píng)委團(tuán)成員包括酒吧業(yè)內(nèi)人士、酒吧業(yè)主、酒飲鑒賞家和記者。祝香港好運(yùn)，大家趕緊動(dòng)手來投票。

After three good years patting the backs of some of Singapore’s top bars and talent, The Bar Awards heads East to launch its inaugural Hong Kong edition this year.

Established to honour the industry’s best bars, service teams, food, cocktails and professionals, the awards in Hong Kong will crown 13 winners, as voted by their peers, at an industry party in Hong Kong on September 25.

But before the big industry shindig that’s become the hallmark of The Bar Awards, there’s the first round of nominations. Open till July 31, the public are encouraged to fill in a nomination form* to pick their top five favourites in each category.

Once the list is whittled down to the Top Tens for each award, organisers Fun Sized and Beverage & Co will turn them over to a select panel of bar professionals, owners, drink connoisseurs and journalists to pick the winners. Good luck, Hong Kong, and for the rest of you, get clicking.
