香港首家加勒比主題餐吧在荷里活道開(kāi)業(yè)。Hong Kong’s first Caribbean-themed bar-restaurant opens on Hollywood Road.
以朗姆酒為核心的新餐吧Rummin’ Tings日前在中環(huán)開(kāi)業(yè),其業(yè)主稱其是香港首家?guī)в屑永毡戎黝}的概念商戶。
可想而知,其雞尾酒酒單明顯著重于朗姆酒。酒飲中包括Passinoate Buttah(其中含有肉桂和黃油浸泡過(guò)的Brugal特干朗姆酒,百香果,青檸及羅勒葉)以及Stinga Punch(其中包括百加得和Wray&Nephew朗姆酒,香蕉糖漿,菠蘿汁以及干姜啤酒)。
酒吧由Gurung Amrit Kumar管理,同時(shí)還有調(diào)酒師Jack Byrne與Limbu Gme的共同協(xié)助。與此同時(shí),主廚Kris Olbrich會(huì)帶來(lái)一系列受牙買加和特立尼達(dá)菜系影響的美食。
New rum-centered bar-restaurant Rummin’ Tings has opened in Central – what the owners claim is Hong Kong’s first ever Caribbean-themed concept.
Naturally, the cocktail list shows an obvious bias for rum. Drinks include the Passionate Buttah (with cinnamon- and butter-infused Brugal extra dry rum, passion fruit, lime and basil) and Stinga Punch (Bacardi and Wray & Nephew rum, banana syrup, pineapple juice and ginger beer).
Overseeing the bar is Gurung Amrit Kumar who’s joined by bartenders Jack Byrne and Limbu Gme. Food comes care of chef Kris Olbrich who serves a mix of Jamaican- and Trinidadian-influenced comfort food.
